What is The DIP Diet ?

Famous Nutritionist Dr Biswaroop Roy Choudhury divided the food into two categories.

All the foods that are naturally obtained from trees and plants can be considered under the category of DIP Diet. These can be fruits, vegetables, flowers, leaves and other parts of the plant, even seeds and root also.

What To Eat ?

Step 1

Eat Only Fruits Till 12 noon

You Can Eat Any 3-4 Types of Fruits, Equals to Your (Body Weight × 10) grams.

Step 2

Always Eat Your Lunch/Dinner in 2 Plates.

Plate 1 and Plate 2

Plate 1 should consist of 4 types of raw vegetables, equals to your (body weight × 5) grams.

Plate 2 consists of homely cooked vegetarian food with negligible salt and oil.

First finish eating plate 1,then take plat 2.

Try to finish Dinner by 7 pm.

Snacking

Try Exposing Your Body To 40 Minutes Of Sunshine On Daily Basis.

Not To Eat or Avoid

In short Avoid All the Food items that not comes from a plant in natural form.

3-Step Flu Diet by Dr Biswaroop Roy Choudhury

Day 1 : Liquid Diet

Drink only coconut water and citrus fruits juice in whole day. Quantity should be equal to the body weight of the patient. i.e., If the body weight is 60 kg, then  6 glasses of coconut water and 6 glasses of citrus fruits juice must be taken. i.e., Mousambi, Pineapple etc.

Day 2 : Fluid Diet

Citrus Juice & Coconut water quantity will be reduced to 2/3rd of 1st day. Means if the patient's body weight is 60 kg, then he/she should drink 6×2/3 = 4 glasses of coconut water and same quantity of citrus juice in entire day. Eat raw vegetables (Cucumber, Tomatoes) salad in lunch. Quantity should be 5 times of the body weight. i.e., if the body weight is 60 kg, then he/she should eat 5×60=300 grams. 

Day 3 : Solid Diet

Citrus Juice & Coconut water quantity will be reduced to 1/3rd of 1st day. Means if the patient's body weight is 60 kg, then he/she should drink 6×1/3 = 2 glasses of coconut water and same quantity of citrus juice in entire day. Eat raw vegetables (Cucumber, Tomatoes) salad in lunch and dinner. Quantity should be 5 times of the body weight. i.e., if the body weight is 60 kg, then he/she should eat 5×60=300 grams. After finishing the raw salad, You can eat regular cooked food in dinner.
