Standard DIP Diet Plan
Following the DIP Diet is straightforward and involves structuring your meals in specific steps:
Step 1: Breakfast (Until 12 PM)

- Consume only fruits until 12 PM.
- Quantity: 10 times your body weight in grams (e.g., if body weight is 60 kg, eat 600g of fruits).
- Choose 3-4 varieties of seasonal and regional fruits.
- Avoid anything else (tea, coffee, snacks) during this period.
Step 2: Lunch & Dinner (Plate 1 & Plate 2)

Before eating your main meal for lunch and dinner, divide your food into two plates:
Plate 1 (Eat First):
- This plate should consist of raw vegetable salad.
- Include green leaves, sprouts, soaked dry fruits, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, etc.
- Quantity: 5 times your body weight in grams (e.g., if body weight is 60 kg, eat 300g of salad).
